🎉 We are thrilled to congratulate DWIHN's very own Grace Wolf, Vice President of Crisis Services, for being selected as one of Crain's Healthcare Heroes 2024! 🌟 In just a year and a half, Grace has made an incredible impact since moving to Michigan from North Carolina in October 2022. She and her team have launched 12 mobile crisis units and just opened up a 32-bed, around-the-clock crisis service center for children and adults just this month. Her dedication and vision have been instrumental in providing accessible and compassionate care to Wayne County residents. Please join us in celebrating Grace Wolf's remarkable achievements and her unwavering dedication to improving mental health services in our community. We are incredibly proud of her! #DWIHNCares

The summer season brings opportunities for fun and recharging, but also potential stressors at work. At DWIHN, we understand the importance of prioritizing mental wellbeing for our workforce all year round. Whether it's taking time off for a vacation, setting boundaries around work-life balance, or simply making time for self-care, we encourage all to nurture their mental health this summer.

This Juneteenth, DWIHN recognizes the immense strength and resilience displayed by the African American community, even in the face of longstanding racial disparities and generational trauma. As an organization, we are committed to cultivating a diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace environment. The perseverance of this community in overcoming adversity is truly inspiring for all. On this Juneteenth, let us reflect on how we can continue driving positive change and healing in our workplaces and communities.
