Detroit Wayne Integrated Health Network’s Board of Directors has named Manny Singla as Interim CEO. Singla previously served as Executive Vice President of Operations. In his new role, he will oversee all day-to-day operations of the organization in conjunction with the Executive Leadership team.

Janell Hearns, Visual Design and Outreach Manager, is the DWIHN Shining Star for June. Janell was promoted after demonstrating strong leadership and communication skills. Her responsibilities include creating and executing DWIHN marketing materials and company videos, as well as overseeing various outreach activities monitored by the department. Additionally, she manages Youth United, an initiative that promotes advocacy and action among young people through positive values and philosophy. Janell also oversees the new DWIHN Mental Health Youth Council and the Mental Health Youth Ambassador Scholarship program. Janell is a creative powerhouse who consistently brings fresh ideas and effective strategies to streamline the busy Communications department. Thank you for being a Shining Star, Janell!
