Let's talk about #HOS. With Health Outcomes Surveys deploying in three months, we've been thinking about the importance of the HOS measure set. Along the way, we've uncovered some really interesting data. At the end of the day, HOS measures are not stand-alone concepts. Responses to HOS surveys are heavily correlated with a member’s likelihood to rate negatively on the #CAHPS survey, their utilization risk (likelihood of admissions, ED visits), #HEDIS behavior, medication adherence behavior, and much more.
