We are thrilled to introduce Kelly LeCroy as the newest member of our Business Development team! As a Senior Business Development Associate based in Chicago, she will focus on our clients and continual expansion in DBI’s Midwest Region. Additionally, Kelly works alongside Alexia Delorme, Christopher Nolan, Caitlin Christopher, and Jessica L. Curl on DBI’s national efforts. Since joining the team in March, Kelly has been deeply impactful in her market and is looking forward to meeting more of our clients at our Annual Summer Party this week! Welcome aboard, Kelly!

Every summer, the entire DBI team from across the country comes together in New York City for an evening of fun and connection with our clients and colleagues. Each year, it gets bigger and better, and we can’t wait for this year's bash!

Last Friday was amazing! We kicked off the summer with our friends at the South Florida Claims Association fishing tournament.   It was an incredible day to be out on the water, feeling the thrill of friendly competition, and relaxing with friends and colleagues. We couldn’t have asked for a better time!   This event is always a highlight for our Florida teams, and this year exceeded all expectations. A huge thank you to everyone who participated and to the SFCA for making it another unforgettable experience! Thank you to all who joined our cocktail party last week at The Vanderbilt Hotel! We couldn’t have asked for a better way to close out a productive week in Newport, RI during the LEA Spring Meeting. We just wrapped up our Annual Company Meeting, an incredible tradition where every DBI team member travels from across the country to come together as one! This year’s event was filled with excitement, laughter, and sunny smiles as we reflected on our achievements and celebrated the past year.   Meeting new faces and reconnecting with old friends was a highlight, fostering a true sense of togetherness. It was inspiring to see the enthusiasm and passion from everyone as we looked ahead to what’s on our horizon.   Cheers to another amazing year!
