We were honored and excited to once again participate in the 2024 Dayton Battle of the Businesses, the #1 fundraiser for the Special Olympics of Greater Dayton! Day Air Associates, from each Financial Center and Department, participated in a week full of events including Sand Volleyball, Miniature Golf, Cornhole Ladder, Trivia, Team Ski, Tug-of-War, Bowling, Obstacle Course, Wind Sprint Relay, punt Pass Kick, Soccer Dribble, and Sack Race. The Day Air team raised over $2,600 and placed 9th overall out of 27 teams! Overall funds raised for the 2024 Dayton Battle of the Businesses by all companies to go to the Special Olympics of Greater Dayton Team was over $76,000!

Buscemi Memorial Scholarship is in memory of Bettina L. Buscemi, a long-time valued Day Air Credit Union associate. A few of our Day Air associates had a great time at Logan Wilson Celebrity Softball game this past weekend at Day Air Ballpark! They were happy to invite Brett and Amanda from Irongate Realty and Gary and Catherine from Keller Williams Hometown Realty to join them in the Day Air Suite. This was our second year attending this event put together by Logan Wilson, Cincinnati Bengals Linebacker. He and some of his teammates came together for a day of fun to raise money for the Brooks Joshua Anderson Foundation, which supports Aaron Mathew SIDS Research Guild of Seattle Children's Hospital and the American SIDS Institute to help fund research for SIDS.
