Each summer, we have the pleasure of working with some of the brightest minds through our internship program. A highlight of this experience is giving interns the chance to meet, ask questions, and gain industry insights directly from John O'Leary, CEO; Stefan H. Kürschner, CFO; and David Carson, Senior VP of Sales & Marketing. We thrive on a culture of learning and growth, perfectly exemplified by the students who join us each summer. #ForAllWhoKeepTheWorldMoving #WeAreDaimlerTruck #FutureLeaders

Our caravan of caring is officially on the road! Today we are proud to say we launched our global Corporate Citizenship program, Daimler Truck Cares, from our Daimler Truck AG headquarters in Germany. The caring convoy will be heading to Moldova to deliver much-needed humanitarian aid to the people of Ukraine. This is just the beginning of our corporate citizenship journey as we remain steadfast in our commitment to helping the communities, both local and globally, we live and work in. #DaimlerTruckCares #WeAreDaimlerTruck
We want to create a positive impact on society, the environment, and communities around us. We take our responsibility seriously and recently launched our Corporate Citizenship initiative Daimler Truck Cares, which consolidates all our global efforts in Corporate Giving and Corporate Volunteering. As part of the initiative, another humanitarian aid convoy from our partner organization "Freunde helfen! Konvoi" today has set off to Moldova with four of our Mercedes-Benz Trucks, several of our employees as drivers, and 32.5 tons of urgently needed relief supplies such as hospital beds for the people in Ukraine. Yet, our Corporate Citizenship journey has only just begun. While fostering our existing local initiatives and projects, we aim to enhance our global #CorporateCitizenship activities, focused on health & traffic safety, education, environment, and international disaster relief. #DaimlerTruck #DaimlerTruckCares

Joanna, Suman, and their respective teams have meticulously engineered the autonomous eCascadia demonstrator to push the boundaries of what is possible in autonomous driving technology. This project is not just about showcasing a vehicle; it's about demonstrating our capability to harness cutting-edge technology to solve real-world challenges. The autonomous eCascadia demonstrator's autonomous capabilities promise to revolutionize logistics and transportation, offering increased safety, efficiency, and reduced environmental impact. It was an exciting day at our Portland HQ as DTNA retirees returned for our annual luncheon. Seeing so many of our past and present employees come together is always a highlight, showcasing our #OneTeamBestTeam culture. #WeAreDaimlerTruck
President and CEO at Daimler Truck North America and Member of the Board of Management Daimler Truck AG
Had the privilege today of welcoming back some of DTNA’s honored retirees for our annual event at the Portland HQ. It’s inspiring that after decades of service, building our brands’ legendary status, that they’ve still got just as much (maybe more!) excitement about the future of the company. It’s also inspiring to see our team, past and present, reconnecting with each other as though no time has passed since the last time they were here. It’s a strong testament to the timelessness of Daimler Truck North America. #OneTeamBestTeam culture. #WeAreDaimlerTruck

We’re excited to share that we are teaming up with Salem Carriers, Inc. to electrify our inbound logistics at Salem Carriers’ hub near Charlotte, North Carolina. Building on our previous electric fleet in the Pacific Northwest and Mexico, this project aims to boost our sustainable transportation goals. Salem Carriers is using DTNA’s Freightliner eCascadia trucks for their daily routes in the Carolinas, connecting key spots in our supply chain. With Daimler Truck Financial Services USA LLC (DTFS) and Electrada on board, a straightforward Charging-as-a-Service (CaaS) solution is available, offering a simple, predictable monthly rate that covers everything from building and maintaining the charging stations to managing the energy contracts. Our partnership with Electrada and DTFS makes it easy for Salem Carriers to switch to electric, thanks to a complete depot electrification setup and top-off charging. By combining vehicle leases, electric service programs, and insurance into one manageable package, we’re making the transition to zero-emission vehicles easier. Together, we’re building a cleaner, more sustainable future for transportation!
