We have some cheese-tastic news to share! 🎉 We won multiple awards at the International Cheese and Dairy Awards held in Staffordshire, England! ✨ Humboldt Fog won gold (twice!), including for Best USA Goat Cheese! We also received placements for 🍋 Meyer Lemon and Honey, 🌙 Midnight Moon, and Fog Lights!⁠ ⁠ Congratulations to our team for making and selling these delicious, beloved cheeses, and a HUGE thank you to all of you for your support!⁠ ⁠ You can find these award-winning cheeses at Goldbelly and cheese counters nationwide. Look for them with other "cut and wrap'' cheeses in the cheese case. If you can't find them, ask a monger – they might even let you have a taste! ⁠

We are honored to have two of our employee development programs selected for first place in the Emmi Group Sustainability Competition 2024! The Grover Rover Program and Task Force Purple Program at Cypress Grove give employees an opportunity to expand their skillset, collaborate cross departmentally, receive more on the job and external training and develop strong bonds with their peers. May was Bike Month, and Grovers enthusiastically participated, led by the Sustainability Committee. Our team logged an impressive 508 miles, securing first place in the company size category for Humboldt County. Congratulations to the entire team, with a special acknowledgment to Angela DeMocko, our Workplace Champion!

We're thrilled to share that this year, our cheeses made quite a mark at the 2024 California State Fair Cheese Competition. We're especially proud to announce that Fog Lights, our ash-covered soft-ripened cheese and Fromage Blanc, the building block of all our cheeses, earned Best of California and Gold! A heartfelt thank you to everyone who has supported us on this journey.⁠ ⁠ Additionally, Purple Haze and Herbs De Humboldt also received Gold, while PsycheDillic and Ms Natural secured Silver. We're equally grateful for the recognition of Bermuda Triangle, Sgt. Pepper, and Meyer Lemon and Honey, which all earned Bronze. Your support means the world to us as we continue to craft quality cheeses. Thank you!

This month, in a refreshing change of scenery from our usual work environment, Grovers enjoyed a fun afternoon of skating! Our quarterly social events are great opportunities to connect outside of work and create lasting memories together. We're already looking forward to the next one!

Cypress Grove is proud to have once again participated in the North Coast Big Brothers Big Sisters Bowl for Kids' Sake event this past weekend! Our team of volunteers raised nearly $2000 for Big Brothers Big Sisters and took home the coveted "most enthusiastic" award. Go Team!
