Soon after, market changes demanded a shift from the coal and ice business to heating oil, leading to the formation of Suburban Oil. As the demand for fuel oil was highly seasonal, the company moved into asphalt sealcoating and road oiling services in 1936, which brings us to what we are today. With this statistic, we want to raise awareness about this alarming trend. #Curran is hosting an Out of the Darkness Walk for the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention - Illinois Chapter on September 14th at the Hopkins Shelter in Hopkins Park, Dekalb, Illinois.
