Using our Stream, Edge, Search, and Lake technologies, the new Deepwatch Cyber Data Management and Cyber Data Lake modules provide cost-effective control of cyber data visibility, ownership, and detection. These modules also offer a security-controlled data lake for long-term data hunting, enrichment, and storage. “Today’s complex data ecosystems and cyber data architectures require enterprises to take an active role in managing and utilizing information from multiple sources and destinations. Enterprises that continue to rely on aging best practices for data filtering and source selection are facing exorbitant cost increases for ingestion and long-term storage while simultaneously being limited on data visibility, ownership, and portability,” said Zachary Kilpatrick, Vice President of Global Go To Market Partners at Cribl. With a 28% CAGR in data growth, you can’t afford to rely on a legacy data strategy. Cribl’s suite of products helps you modernize how you route, search, collect, and store data that’s growing at a relentless pace.
How does Cribl solve data-related problems? ✨ Join #theCUBE at #BHUSA, where our analyst Savannah Peterson talks to Jackie McGuire, senior security strategist and market strategy manager at Cribl, about the platform’s ability to help customers solve data-related issues. “The initial problem that Cribl was solving was how do you get data from where it is to where it needs to go in the format that it needs to be in? Now, we've moved more towards storage and discovery because that's really the next problem that we see. We launched Cribl Lake, which is a managed lake product that literally within a minute you can spin up a lake without having to put a ticket into it,” McGuire shares. “Cribl Cloud removes a huge hurdle to establishing object storage. Cribl Search is our federated search product where you can go out search data at rest where it is, and then only pay to pull back results. One of the really inhibitive things when you're trying to respond to an incident is if you've got to pull 8 terabytes of data in to find 24 kilobytes of data. It's expensive and it takes a lot of time. Cribl Search is about how we make searching more efficient,” he adds. 📰 Learn more: https://lnkd.in/gthXu5vK
