Many people with disabilities face huge barriers and unfair discrimination. Join us as we celebrate Disability Pride Month and acknowledge the ongoing fight for inclusion in the workplace. #Coqual's Equity report finds that 21% of professionals with disabilities say they were evaluated more harshly than their peers, while only 11% of professionals without disabilities say the same. As Pride Month comes to an end, Coqual shines a spotlight on the transgender and gender diverse community. Our research finds that the majority (60%) of transgender and gender diverse professionals in the US say that gender nonconforming employees experience negative stereotypes and social interactions in the workplace. Only 39% of cisgender professionals agree with this statement.     Let's close the gap by creating workplaces where everyone feels safe to be their authentic selves.
