The area of Port of Hirtshals - Hirtshals Havn includes around 1,4 mio M2. Approximately 75 companies find their addresses within it and they occupy together more than 2,200 people. In 2023, more than 2,2 mio people crossed the terminal, corresponding to no less than one third of the Danish population! #CONVEY is one of the steps taken to accelerate green transition at the port. Very few ports have yet started to build integrated green hydrogen systems. In fact, CONVEY will be among Europe’s first ports to demonstrate integration of green hydrogen into different end-user sectors.
