As we’ve grown and spread across the state of Texas and into Colorado, that mission has only strengthened. Judith, a hardworking and dedicated employee, has been a part of the Brooks City Base team for seven years. She is truly reliable, and that is the best gift a leader can ask for. An amazing nurse, Judith is always willing to help with shift coverage when needed. She is an integral part of the night shift crew. Her teammates describe her as compassionate, caring, funny, and delightful. Judith is not only a true professional but she is a stylish one at that. Judith always has the most fashionable purses. When not at work Judith enjoys spending time with her granddaughter. One of her favorite things to do is crochet to pass the time. She also makes amazing birthday cakes for her co-workers. The Brooks City Base team is incredibly lucky to have Judith.

The Press Ganey awards for patient excellence are, well, kind of a big deal! Complete Care won 14 Press Ganey awards in 2023 for delivering an exceptional patient experience: 11 Guardian of Excellence and three Pinnacle of Excellence awards! In order to win, facility performance must consistently rank in the top 5% nationally. Guardian of Excellence winners include Alamo Heights, Camp Bowie, Brooks City Base, De Zavala, Fossil Creek, La Vernia, Star ER, Westlake, Tyler, Southlake, and the Pearl. Special kudos to our Pinnacle of Excellence award winners: Alamo Heights, Southlake and Tyler. In order to be considered for this prestigious honor, each facility had to rank in the top 5% nationally for a minimum of three consecutive years. It is the highest award given by Press Ganey! Dan Rodriquez, RN, BSN was born in the Bronx, NY and was raised in CT. He enjoys emergency medicine because of the large variety of patients he encounters. Some of his hobbies include traveling, exercising, and hiking. The next location on his bucket list is Spain; specifically Barcelona. Dan is Puerto Rican and loves visiting his family in PR every year. He is currently continuing his education and pursuing his nurse practitioner degree.
