Founded in 1987, our story mirrors the passion and dedication of our founder & CEO, Rosemary Castillo, who envisioned a community where the elderly and frail are cared for and cherished. Through the innovative PACE model, Bienvivir offers a holistic approach to healthcare, ensuring every aspect of our seniors' well-being is attended to with precision and compassion. Our commitment to excellence has led us to pioneer the region's only in-house dementia care unit and one of only four stand-alone PACE facilities in the state of Texas. We are immensely grateful for the opportunity to serve alongside our community partners, empowering, educating, and advocating for our beloved seniors. Together, we strive to ensure that everyone who walks through our doors is treated with the dignity and respect they deserve.
