We are a community center that has been proudly providing mental health and behavioral health services to North East Texas residents for over 40 years. It is our honor and privilege to serve our communities that we call home. Our mission statement is: HELPING PEOPLE ACHIEVE DIGNITY, INDEPENDENCE & THEIR DREAMS. How do we strive to do this? -Serving as the mental health and intellectual disability governing authority for Bowie, Cass, Gregg, Harrison, Marion, Panola, Red River, Rusk and Upshur counties. -Helping people and their families heal the consequences of mental illness. -Assisting people with an intellectual disability and their families achieve maximum independence in all aspects of their lives. -Providing programs and services in greater East Texas that help people lead lives free from addictions.

    ACT Program Manager II Clinical | Longview Job Scope: involves design, development, implementation, management & evaluation of Level of Care 4 services/supports within Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) for persons who reside in Gregg, Harrison, Marion, Panola, Rusk and Upshur, Bowie, Red River and Cass counties. Develops, monitors and evaluates procedures to provide the LOC 4 service arrays including Pharmacological Management; Clinical Coordination; Psychosocial Rehabilitation; COPSD services; RN Nursing Services; Supported Housing services; and, after hours on call in order to insure services meet or exceed the DSHS-MH standards as specified in: DSHS Performance Contract; Fidelity Toolkit-Rehabilitative Services; Utilization Management-Service Package 4; Mental Health Community Service Standards (25 TAC Chapter 412 Subchapter G); Medicaid Mental Health Rehabilitative Services (25 TAC Chapter 419 Subchapter L). Insures provision of services by Unit personnel meet established performance measures of productivity, therapeutic rapport, communication, identification of service goals/objectives, consumer attention, knowledge of subject material and community standards. Insures all service, SAI personnel, and billing documentation are accurate and is filed and/or entered into electronic databases according to established timelines. Facilitates the admission and discharge of clients into unit services. Performs complex administrative tasks and completes program evaluations to insure service operations meet or exceed payer standards and requirements and internal and external customer expectations. Effectively integrates service activities within the larger constellation of Center and community service options in order to make a wider array of services available to the client population. Is the responsible budget manager which includes identifying potential new payers and strategies to access new funds & managing budget to insure expenses do not exceed income. Insures all personnel actions within assigned units & services comply with Center Personnel Policy and Procedure Manual.  This position also serves as supervisor on-call after hours and weekend covering all nine counties. Education/licensure: Graduation from an accredited college or university with a masters/doctoral degree in human services and licensure in the state of Texas as a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Masters Social Worker-Advanced Clinical Practitioner or Certified Psychologist that meets the Departments criteria for a Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts. Current valid driver's license in state of residence. Experience/Knowledge: Requires thorough knowledge in the provision of integrated mental health, rehabilitative and crisis treatment services consistent with a master's degree, licensure in field of mental health and a minimum of five (5) years' experience. https://lnkd.in/gj5efAku

Accounting Billing Clerk III | Longview, TX Job scope:  Position responsible for all review and correct data entry of third party payments. Responsible for posting all payments to the correct third party payer and balancing posted payments to daily cash receipts. Reviews third party explanation of payment reports to ensure that services were processed correctly by third party administrator, identifies and posts contractual adjustments prior to payments and resolves any discrepancies identified. Responsible for current assigned programmatic Fiscal Services contractual billing. Position requires high degree of telephone contact with internal and external professionals. Communication related duties require an aptitude for eliciting concise and accurate information. Education/licensure: Current valid driver's license in state of residence. High School Diploma Required - College experience preferred. Experience/Knowledge: Computer data entry experience / emphasizing speed and accuracy. Experience in Current Procedural Terminology (CPT) coding and HFCA 1500 Claim Forms and Filing preferred.
