Monday’s four-hour town hall meeting, hosted by the Community Foundation of Greater Fort Wayne and Indiana 211, underscored the crucial role of this free and confidential resource in linking residents to essential health and social services. The meeting’s attendance of nearly 100 people highlighted the service’s necessity, particularly among immigrants and refugees.

Strengthening Access To Nonprofit Services For Underserved Populations With 211: bit.ly/CFGFW-211 Indiana 211, a division of Indiana Family Social Services Administration dedicated to connecting individuals with essential community services, facilitated a town hall conversation with community leaders and organizations. Hosted in partnership with the Community Foundation of Greater Fort Wayne, the goal of this event was to strengthen access to nonprofit services for underserved populations, particularly immigrant and refugee communities.
