Join us in congratulating the incomparable Yatzi Garcia as she takes the next step in her career journey. We feel grateful to have basked in her light for a time. Good luck with the new gig!
Today marks the bittersweet end of an incredible journey with the Colorado Women's Chamber of Commerce . Reflecting on the past 2.5 years, I am overwhelmed with gratitude for the experiences, opportunities, and connections that have shaped me in ways beyond imagination. As someone who was new to the state, I found a welcoming home in CWCC, where I was embraced with open arms. The Chamber's mission to uplift all women resonated deeply with me, and I am proud to have contributed to such a noble cause. This community of exceptional women has imparted not just career advancement but invaluable life skills that I will carry with me forever. I wish I could pen a heartfelt post for each remarkable woman I had the privilege of meeting, both on staff and within the community. Your strength, wisdom, and camaraderie have been a source of inspiration. One profound lesson I must highlight is the importance of showing up as our authentic selves and creating space for others to do the same. This principle is vital for fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment. To my phenomenal team, words cannot express how much I will miss you. Each of you has played a pivotal role in elevating me in my role, and for that, I am eternally grateful. While it saddens me to part ways, I am filled with excitement for the next chapter in my journey. Thank you, CWCC, for an unforgettable experience. Here's to new beginnings and continuing the mission of empowering women everywhere! Simone D. Ross, MBA, MA Meaghan Carabello Kate D.
