CleanSlate Helps Individuals Who: - Are Currently experiencing an opioid or alcohol use disorder - Are 18 years of age or older - May need care for both physical and mental health conditions - Need assistance navigating the care system - Need support to stay in treatment and sustain their recovery What We Provide: - Medication Assisted Treatment to help you safely stop use - Specialized care for Hepatitis C and pregnancy - Recovery support through individual, peer and group counseling
