CDPH invites hospitals and community-based organizations to review our RFP (#10321) to deliver hospital-based violence intervention programming and wraparound services to victims of violence who are at risk of repeat violent injury. The program will focus on neighborhoods in Chicago on the South and West sides that account for a disproportionate burden of violence. The initial contract period is August 2024-December 2026. High temperatures this weekend and early next week are predicted to be in the high-80s and mid-90s. Stay cool and help your loved ones do the same.
