Happy (almost) 4th of July! Here are a few ways to celebrate that also support your health and well-being: - Go to a parade and catch up with your neighbors and friends - Host a barbeque or picnic - Visit your local pool or lake for some sunshine (with sunscreen on) - Get creative and make patriotic crafts - Test your memory by playing a game of patriotic trivia - Take a mindfulness minute and appreciate the moment CenterPointe is closed tomorrow, July 4th, in observance of the holiday. We will re-open Friday July 5th, at 8:00am. #wellbeingwednesday

Did you know CenterPointe has a campus in Omaha too? Campus for Hope is a state-licensed, CARF-accredited residential substance use and mental health treatment facility, supporting underserved members of the greater Omaha metro community. Last year, 94% of the individuals CFH served had no income. The co-occurring residential treatment program is designed for a four to six month stay to equip individuals with the skills necessary for successful reintegration into society. The short-term residential treatment program is a 35-to-42-day program focused on beginning the recovery process and identifying resources that will aid in that process. Our unique approach focuses on providing person-centered, trauma-informed and whole-person care, utilizing evidence-based practices proven to help those CFH serves to get better sooner, for longer.
