MCHC was created in 1991 to ensure that children and families in the Chester County region have the opportunity to start healthy, stay healthy, and succeed in school. All of our programs help low-income families access the health care, insurance, health education, and early education opportunities. Today, we continue making a difference in the lives of children and families in Greater Philadelphia.
