About us

The Capital Business Development Association (CBDA) is a not-for-profit 501c3 registered in Virginia and is one of the fastest growing business development and capture management networking groups in the National Capital Region. Created in June 2018, the CBDA has grown to more than 400 members and includes business development professionals from large companies, mid-cap firms and small businesses across all socio-economic categories that work within the Intelligence Community, DoD, federal civilian agencies, state and local governments as well as the commercial sector. Our monthly dinner events include leading government acquisition speakers and industry deal makers and provide an informal and relaxed atmosphere where many business deals are closed and partnerships are formed.
