Summer 2024 is in full swing, and we're honored to host another group of talented & driven interns at our Cape May and East End properties! The Cape Resorts Internship is designed to provide learning and eventual proficiency through exposure to our daily hotel routine in areas including the Rooms Division, Food and Beverage, Spa, Retail, and our Shared Service Departments.    In addition to experiencing daily operations and guest interactions within each assigned role, interns are afforded opportunities to participate in a series of seven training modules led by senior leaders of Cape Resorts, who share their professional knowledge and experience.    Last week, Vice President of Food & Beverage Andrew Skilton led our first session: "Restaurant School."
