On behalf of our investors in our third hotel fund and JV partners at Bain Capital Real Estate, very excited to formally announce our acquisition of the iconic Alpenhof Lodge in Jackson Hole. Located directly adjacent to the Snake River Lodge, which we acquired last November, the hotel sits at the base of the mountain in Teton Village and has the best Mug Club program there is. We are truly honored to be the next stewards and can't wait to share more as we work with locals and guests to reimagine these assets over time. Huge shoutout to the entire Blue Flag Capital team and all the folks on the ground who make magic happen!
