Caber Hill Advisors announced today that it advised Hearing and Balance Centers of West Tennessee in the sale of its business. Scott Myatt, Managing Director at Caber Hill Advisors represented Hearing and Balance Centers of West Tennessee in the sale of their practice to Real Hearing based in Miami, Florida.   “It was a pleasure working with The Hearing and Balance Centers team and we are pleased to have found a partner for them that aligns with their vision and mission," said Scott Myatt. Caber Hill Advisors announced today that it advised Areo Dental Group in its purchase of Smiles by Farr. Areo Dental Group began in 2015 with a small practice in Burbank, Illinois. They quickly grew to seven locations. Smiles by Farr is a dental practice in Huntley, Illinois. The state-of-the-art practice provides top-quality dental care and upholds the strictest sterilization standards and safety protocols to protect our patients' health. Dewpoint LLC, a managed IT services company owned by The 4100 Group, has been helping businesses prepare for, stay ahead of, and respond to IT challenges for over 27 years. Turnout Industries is a Chicago-based diversified holding company targeting both control and non-control investments in companies with $5-50 million of revenue and at least $1 million of EBITDA. "We are glad to have found a great partner for Dewpoint," said Gerber. "Our goal is to not only help sell a company but find the right match. Dewpoint's established reputation for delivering tailored solutions to meet clients' unique business needs aligns perfectly with Turnout Industries' customer-centric approach.
