Medical Mutual kicked off this year's SHARE Days by supporting the Greater Cleveland Food Bank’s new Healthy Choice Pantry. Volunteers stocked shelves and assisted neighbors selecting and packing their groceries and had the chance to network with their colleagues in the process. Planning these volunteer projects each summer is such a highlight for our staff! Some participants shared: “This was a wonderful learning experience for me. I also appreciated the time getting to know my co-workers.” – Carla V. “I enjoyed being with co-workers and just knowing that something I packed may help save a life.” – Kai M. Last week, around 50 BVU members from MARCUM, Parker Hannifin, Oswald Companies, YMCA of Greater Cleveland, and Clarity HR came together to support the Coit Road Community Farm for BVU's Action Day. We completed over 5 days of work in just a few hours – all while building community and gaining awareness about food insecurity in our region. Thank you to our volunteers for making a difference and to Food Strong for being incredible hosts! #Volunteer #FoodStrong #FoodFreedom #UrbanFarm

We recently hosted a volunteer project in partnership with the City of Cleveland and the Cleveland Guardians. Over 50 Guardians staff and players from their RBI teams braved the heat to beautify the fields and parks at Michael J. Zone and Thurgood Marshall Recreation Centers. Thank you to both teams for being a part of this collaborative effort to better our community! #CLEVolunteers
