We are excited to announce another exciting project set to commence construction in 2024. Located in the rapidly growing Medical District of Las Vegas, the Presley is a stunning seven-story apartment building designed to draw inspiration from the natural environment. It features an elegant palette of ivory stucco and warm bronze metal detailing, emulating the desert context. The building features 200 studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments, with many offering private balconies.
