Beyond, Inc. announced that its Board of Directors and Jonathan Johnson have mutually agreed that Jonathan will step down as Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board, effective immediately. Dave Nielsen has been appointed to an expanded role as Interim CEO and President. Adrianne Lee, CFO, will also take on expanded responsibilities through the interim period, including oversight of the Company’s legal and human resources functions.
