⭐️ Shoutout to our latest Employee Spotlight, Bridgette Gavarone! ⭐️ A sweetheart and a pleasure to work with, Bridgette is one whose easygoing personality and conscientious ethics make her a team player that Beautiful Minds is proud to have. "Hardworking and good at communicating," her supervisor Nick mentions are her trademark on the team. When asked why she joined the company, she shares that she "felt called to something bigger." She "wanted to help a larger population of individuals," and Beautiful Minds has enabled her to do that while picking up on new skills. "I am happy with the decision to join this team, together we are always striving for greatness!" The Philadelphia native is a mom of two, a wife, and a current graduate student at Liberty University. Her interests and weekend hobbies include cooking (or trying new restaurants), shopping, playing with her puppy, and traveling. She loves tacos, and aspires to complete her Master's Degree in counseling within the next year. One proud moment in her life she shares is when her family watched her walk the stage to receive her Bachelor's Degree. Soon, she'll be crossing the stage to receive her Master's degree. We believe in you, Bridgette!

⭐️ Shoutout to our latest Employee Spotlight, Julie Novakowski! ⭐️ Leading a team is no easy task. Despite the hard work, there's something inspiring about Julie that empowers her team. According to her girls, she makes time for her people, no matter what she may have on her plate- she is always there when you need her. She's a problem-solver and is very patient when explaining anything, which makes her a great teacher, as well. And while she makes sure to find ways to care for herself, she keeps in mind who she is to her team: someone who strives to stay positive and smile when she shows up- and she is always showing up. She explains that she has always had a passion for helping others, and Beautiful Minds has given her the opportunity to support many people. She has also found the best partner in Hilary, sharing that they are "the best dynamic duo." When not at the office or at Disney, Julie can be found hanging out with her friends, family, or her boyfriend. She enjoys playing Mario Party and serving with Olive & Shae, a part time job she proudly picks up on the weekends. Her favorite food is Chicken Parmigiana and her birthday happens to fall on this month of August- Happy Birthday Beautiful!! 🥳
