We are excited to announce the promotion of Jeff Phillips to Chief Lending Officer and Ryan Wedel to Chief Strategy Officer. After leading the Kansas City regional commercial banking team for the past 5 years, Jeff will now lead Landmark's Commercial Banking Division, including all of the regional commercial teams and treasury management. Yesterday we shared a photo of our 2023-2024 Leadership Landmark Graduates, today we would like to highlight these two individuals who have spearheaded this project! Ryan Wedel and Kellye Barrows joined together and developed this program for our associates two years ago. Both Ryan and Kellye have a passion for developing and mentoring our associates to embody their unique strengths and develop new skills. During this program, associates have the opportunity to hear the knowledge from very successful individuals from all different walks of life including, past and present CEOs, farmers, board members, and even college athletic coaches. Associates also have the opportunity to deep dive into every part of the bank to truly grasp the efforts in each department and how they all work together. Ryan and Kellye have put an immense amount of time and effort into this program and we are very proud to have them as part of our Landmark family.
