Yesterday we shared a photo of our 2023-2024 Leadership Landmark Graduates, today we would like to highlight these two individuals who have spearheaded this project! Ryan Wedel and Kellye Barrows joined together and developed this program for our associates two years ago. Both Ryan and Kellye have a passion for developing and mentoring our associates to embody their unique strengths and develop new skills. During this program, associates have the opportunity to hear the knowledge from very successful individuals from all different walks of life including, past and present CEOs, farmers, board members, and even college athletic coaches. Associates also have the opportunity to deep dive into every part of the bank to truly grasp the efforts in each department and how they all work together. Ryan and Kellye have put an immense amount of time and effort into this program and we are very proud to have them as part of our Landmark family.
I really like this! Investment in employees is so important for the bank, its employees and its customers. Kudos to the Landmark National Bank team for this commitment. I would love to know: how do you benchmark your outcomes, and what advice would you give to others who are considering instituting a program like this?

Thanks Abby, for the kind words! It's been an incredible journey developing the Leadership Landmark program alongside Kellye. We're passionate about our associates harnessing their unique traits and skills; and so rewarding to see the impact of the program on our Associates careers and personal growth! A big thanks to everyone involved (63 different presenters and many others contributing!) and to all Leadership Landmark graduates - 26 alums over two years! Together, we're building a stronger, more connected Landmark family! More good things to come!
