Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Planning:    - Develop and execute project plans to ensure the successful implementation and expansion of Cairo Bike in key areas across the city.    - Collaborate with stakeholders to set project goals, define scope, and establish timelines. 2. Operations Management:    - Oversee day-to-day operations of the bike-sharing system, ensuring optimal performance, safety, and user satisfaction.    - Coordinate with technical teams for maintenance, troubleshooting, and system upgrades. 3. Partnership Development:    - Cultivate and maintain relationships with local authorities, community leaders, and potential partners to secure support for Cairo Bike's expansion.    - Negotiate and establish partnerships with relevant organizations to enhance the bike-sharing ecosystem. 4. Marketing and Promotion:    - Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote Cairo Bike, increase user adoption, and raise awareness about the benefits of bike-sharing.    - Work closely with the marketing team to create engaging campaigns and events. 5. Data Analysis:    - Utilize data analytics tools to track key performance indicators, identify trends, and make informed decisions to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of the bike-sharing system. 6. User Engagement:    - Implement initiatives to enhance the user experience, gather feedback, and address concerns promptly.    - Conduct user surveys and research to understand user needs and preferences. 7. Budget Management:    - Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource optimization.    - Monitor financial performance against established budgets and provide regular updates to stakeholders. 8. Compliance and Regulatory Oversight:    - Stay abreast of local regulations and compliance requirements related to bike-sharing systems.    - Ensure that Cairo Bike operates by all relevant laws and regulations. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. - Proven experience in project management, preferably in the field of urban transportation or technology. - Strong leadership and communication skills. - Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners. - Familiarity with the local regulatory environment in Cairo.
