We're thrilled to announce the successful closing of a $550 million portfolio debt and tax equity financing, made possible by First Citizens Bank and Trust Company, Inc., Nomura, National Bank of Canada, MUFG, and U.S. Bank as our tax equity Investor. This funding supports two key projects: 🔋 Cald: A 100 MW / 400 MWh standalone battery storage project in urban Los Angeles, CA, enhancing grid reliability with a long-term agreement with San Diego Gas & Electric. 🔋 Borden County: A 150 MW / 300 MWh battery storage project in Texas, strengthening renewable integration and energy security in the state.
