In today's closed deal spotlight, we'd like to recognize Nathan Chandrasekaran and the entire Columbia River Partners ("CRP") team for not one, but two Axial-sourced closed deals last year. CRP — an independent sponsor based in Seattle, WA — has been an Axial member since 2020. Early in their second year of membership, the team came across an IT services business represented by Linda Rose of RoseBiz, Inc. Initially, CRP did not win the bid for Business Solution Partners, but when they had the opportunity to revisit the transaction several months later, the two came to a deal that worked for both sides. The transaction closed in early 2023, and CRP was ready to find growth opportunities. Just a couple of months later, CRP pursued their next successful deal on Axial — this time an add-on acquisition. When they came across Net Activity Inc., represented by Bristol Group Business Brokers, it took a few months before they went under LOI. However, once the deal process got moving, they closed shortly thereafter. We love hearing about success stories like that of Columbia River Partners, and can't wait to see what their team has got in store this year!
