Yesterday, on the occasion of #InternationalSelfCareDay, we held a conference to highlight the importance of self-care on both a physical and psychological level. 👥 Our professionals Noemí Jurado Sornosa and María José Fayos Rifaterra were in charge of giving the workshop “𝗧𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗯𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴: 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳-𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽”. A practical training in which tools were shared to integrate self-care in our body, mind and emotions to achieve lower levels of stress and anxiety, rest fully and compassionately and lead personal well-being. 🎥 As you can see in the video, it was a real success. Undoubtedly, we will continue working in this line, developing new activities and conferences. - 🇪🇸 En Axial creemos que el corazón de toda compañía es su equipo humano. Ayer, con motivo del #DíaInternacionaldelAutocuidado, realizamos una jornada para poner en valor la importancia del autocuidado en un plano tanto físico como psicológico. 👥 Nuestras profesionales Noemí Jurado y María José Fayos fueron las encargadas de impartir el taller “𝗖𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗮 𝗱𝗲 𝘁𝘂 𝗯𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿: 𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗿 𝗱𝗲 𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗼𝗰𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗮𝗱𝗼 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗹”. Una formación práctica en la que se se compartieron herramientas para integrar el autocuidado en nuestro cuerpo, mente y emociones para lograr rebajar los niveles de estrés y ansiedad, descansar de forma plena y compasiva y liderar el bienestar personal. 🎥 Como podéis ver en las imágenes, fue un auténtico éxito. ¡Muchas gracias, compañeras! For this reason, we work with educational and professional institutions to develop specific training plans that promote the growth of our staff. Recently, some of our department managers completed the "HR Leadership & Talent Management" course, given by the Business School of the Valencia Chamber of Commerce. 🔹 The main objective of the program is to provide tools to improve communication and team performance and help in conflict resolution, to offer advanced leadership techniques and to give the ability to anticipate, plan and respond to changes in the business environment.
