    What are the workforce skills of today vs. the skills of tomorrow? "Up to 30 percent of hours worked could be automated by 2030, boosted by GenAI, leading to millions of required occupational transitions" An insightful McKinsey study, which explores labour markets in ten European countries and the United States, in the years to 2030 given factors including labour shortages, productivity challenges, and the inexorable rise of technology.
