Great experiences are happening this summer with Austin Commercial’s interns! After excavating and retaining 70 feet below grade one month ahead of schedule, we have reached the bottom of downtown Dallas' deepest underground parking garage for the Parkside Tower project. This future new home for Bank of America boasts 7 floors below grade for parking and 30 floors above grade for office, encompassing 1,136,000 SF. We are proud to be working alongside KDC Real Estate Development & Investments, Pacific Elm Properties, Corgan, Telios Corporation, Kimley-Horn, and L.A. Fuess Partners on this iconic project. Dallas CASA's Parade of Playhouses returns to NorthPark Center. This year we teamed with OMNIPLAN Architects, The Door Company, and The Demo Company to create "Mountain Climber." We also teamed with Corgan, Woodhaus, Carrco Painting, Momentum Glass, and Milestone Metals, INC. to create an additional playhouse, "Scoop There It Is."
