🏗️ #WATCH: THE SECOND PHASE OF #REDEVELOPMENT FOR NEW #APARTMENT #COMPLEX AT THE FOX VALLEY MALL 🛠️ "Lucca Fox Valley," a four-story, 323-unit building, is the second #luxury apartment #community being added to the #mall. Currently, #construction #project teams have nearly completed the buildings' structure with masonry being installed across two different elevations. Moving forward, teams will finalize framing the second floor of the building, and begin to focus on the exterior #courtyard. 🏢 "Lucca" will feature a mix of #studio, one and two-bedroom apartments ranging in size from 500 to 1,500 square feet and each will have its own #balcony or #patio. Additionally, the #property will offer best in class private #amenities including an #entertainment lounge, fitness facility, and private outdoor courtyard with a pool, cabanas and grill stations. A linear #park with gaming areas, seating and dog park will be located on the West side of the #development with a smaller triangular park on the East. 📲 "Lucca Fox Valley" is currently on schedule for delivery next Spring, with teams planning to launch pre-leasing efforts this Fall. "Loria Ansley" project promises "unparalleled elegance and lavish amenities" Capital City Real Estate, LLC bought the 1.5-acre property from EarthLink in 2019 for $15.2 million. The Washington, D.C.-based developer is partnering with Atlantic Residential, FIDES Development, and Mitsui Fudosan America, the U.S. subsidiary of Japan's largest real estate company, on the project.
