🍅 Here at Atalanta, we love brunch and cocktails! To us, there is nothing better than the bloody mary! This iconic drink is the epitome of both of these favorites. Take your bloody mary to the next level by utilizing Portomar Cockles AND the brine for a savory sip. Save this batch recipe and enjoy at your next occasion. INGREDIENTS: 4 cups tomato juice Juice of 1 lemon 2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce 1 tablespoon horseradish, grated 2 teaspoons coarsely ground Black pepper ½ teaspoon hot sauce ½ teaspoon celery salt Conservas Portomar Cockles in Brine Brine from 1 tin Portomar Cockles in Brine 1 cup of vodka DIRECTIONS: Combine all the ingredients in a pitcher and refrigerate until well chilled. Fill 4 high ball or pint glasses with ice. Pour 2 oz. vodka and 1/2 cup of Bloody Mary mix into a shaker with ice. Shake, strain and pour over ice. Skewer cockles and olives on a pick for each glass.
