Terrell Hughes, P.E. provided a great presentation today on how Henrico County has been able to implement “No-Plan / Min-Plan” design for roadway improvement projects, increasing their ability to conceptually design and complete construction in an extremely expedited manner. He then gave us a nice tour of the new Henrico Sports & Events Center, which was stunning.

The subject of his technical presentation is yet to be announced, but as always, 1.0 PDH will be provided for all members.
