We are excited to announce the recent completion of a new speculative warehouse located in Austin, Texas right off Highway 71 near the Austin Airport and Tesla Factory! The ARCO team delivered this 216,005 SF rear load, tilt wall project to our client, on time and under budget. This new construction includes 2,800 SF of speculative office space, 30 FC warehouse lighting, and 12 dock packages for immediate tenant occupancy. The facility is 32’ clear with 52’x54’ column spacing for ample racking aisle spacing and a full 185’ dock apron with 54 trailer stalls. Additionally, ARCO undertook the renovation of Norwood Lane and two turn lanes off Highway 71, providing better truck access into the facility. It was a great opportunity to collaborate with our valued partner and get this project to the finish line. For leasing information, please reach out to @JLL.

Take a look at our latest project completion: the G-Industrial Speculative Warehouse. Located just 3 miles from DFW in GSW, this facility exceeds industry standards in both performance and aesthetics. Our team partnered with G-Industrial on their first US development and delivered full preconstruction services, from architecture and engineering to entitlement management through the city of Grand Prairie. Congratulations to the G-Industrial team on this successful project!

With three Redevelopment of the Year awards, The Terminal has fittingly become the new home to the world's first industrial-scale MOF manufacturing campus. Numat, a global leader in metal-organic frameworks (MOFs), has established its new location in Chicago’s Humboldt Park neighborhood. This adaptive reuse project transformed three existing railroad light manufacturing warehouses into a mixed-use complex featuring urban & creative offices. Numat now occupies two buildings within the complex. ARCO/Murray is honored to have partnered with Numat to create their new office space and the industry’s first technology-enabled material design and application development center. You can learn more about Numat at: https://bit.ly/3RZQ6zg

Our Dallas team is quickly progressing on the DFW West Logistics Park project in Grapevine, TX. Phase 1 of the panel raise is now complete, with the final touches on standing columns and joist hanging nearing completion. The building is taking shape, and we love showing the evolution of industrial facilities like this, especially in-person. We've hosted several jobsite tours at DFW West Logistics Park, answering questions about the construction process and potential challenges that can impact development.
