Our Northeast Primary Construction and Retail Excess Construction teams invited some of Arch's business partners to test their aim at their second annual broker appreciation event.   The group headed to LiveAxe Inc., where they split into two teams to engage in a friendly axe-throwing competition. Members of the Arch Insurance Canada team and our business partners from PLATFORM Insurance Management Inc. enjoyed an exciting day of cooking at The Chef Upstairs in Toronto on June 20th. Participating in teams of three, the group came together to cook delicious tapas-style dishes, including fish tacos, Moroccan chicken skewers and lemon and asparagus risotto.   This event was a wonderful time to connect, have fun, and enjoy a meal together. Our colleagues had an incredible experience at the #DIGIN2024 conference last week! The agenda kicked off with the Visionary and Innovators panel with Arch's Lauren Dieterich alongside Mary Boyd, Megan Sharpe, MBA and Ashley Phillips, moderated by Patti Harman. Their session revealed strategies driving innovation within the sector, highlighting the transformative potential of new technologies and forward thinking approaches. Valerie Turpin also moderated a session delving into data standardization and customer experience. The discussion brought together Christopher Carlson, John Vedder and Leandro DalleMule to offer insights from both the carrier and broker perspective. Yesterday's event in Boca Raton, FL highlighted the transformative power of these women in our industry. Arch Insurance is incredibly proud of our leaders Lauren Dieterich, Chief Operating Officer, Arch Insurance North America, and Valerie Turpin, Chief Underwriting Officer of Property, who contributed their expertise on critical topics. Lauren Dieterich was on a panel joined by Christina Parr, M.S., M.B.A. and Kerry Gross, moderated by Patti Harman, on the skills needed for the workforce of the future, emphasizing that adaptability, agility and change leadership are paramount in an ever-evolving industry.
