Aptitude Development is thrilled to introduce our 11th ground-up development project: The Marshall Tempe at Arizona State University! Over nearly a decade, we've successfully syndicated investments, raising over $175 million effectively passing the hat around. We have brought in investors ranging from $25,000 to $10 million. At this point I like to think of us as crowdstreet without the bullshit- we heavily invest in our own deals and have rather conservative projections.
