"If you love sports with machines, the America's Cup is by far where the quest for greatness meets the horizon of technological innovation and strategic talent management." - Eloy Herrero
The America's Cup, often compared to Formula 1, is even more challenging due to its unique format of life-or-death competition, where teams directly compete in intense boat-against-boat regattas. Each edition brings specific technological challenges tailored to the boat rules set by the defender. For that reason AC campaigns are such a space launch and that environment promotes continuous innovation and a war for hiring the best technological talent to face the new challenges of the competition. In this article I tell you my personal vision.
