    Congratulations to Ben Allatt on his 10-year anniversary with Alternative HR! Ben Allatt is a Harrisburg executive with over 20 years in Human Resources. As an HR Consultant with Alternative HR in Central PA, he helps clients build and grow their HR functions. With a degree from Messiah College, Ben is passionate about diversity and inclusion, creating strategies for workplaces and communities. He has served on the Board of the Human Resource Professionals of Central PA and is a noted speaker on political engagement and LGBTQ issues. Ben, a Leadership Harrisburg Area graduate, was recognized as a “Top 40 Under 40” by Central Penn Business Journal in 2013 and Advocate of the Year by Keystone Business Alliance in 2022. He served on Harrisburg City Council from 2013 to 2021, including as Vice President. Currently, he is in his third term on the Commission for LGBTQ Affairs and serves on the Victory Campaign Board.
