Recently, we uncovered a remarkable piece of Pacific Air history: a DC-8 part that has been in our inventory for over 50 years, patiently waiting for its moment. Though it has not been needed by our customers, this part exemplifies our commitment to readiness and reliability. Over the years, we’ve distributed 5,000 parts from the same package to airlines worldwide, ensuring they stay operational and safe in the skies. As we embark on our End of Spring cleaning, we’re making room for new opportunities by bidding farewell to many lesser-used parts. However, this particular DC-8 part holds a special place in our hearts and will find a new home in our office, serving as a reminder of our journey and dedication to aviation excellence. #PacificAir #LegacyInTheSkies

Cheers to our volleyball team, with members from Pacific Air, Air-Cert, STS, Aeromexico, Flight Aerotech, Parker Aerospace, and Sky Technics Aviation Repairs. They won the annual CCMA volleyball championship in Rio de Janeiro! Onward and upward, here's to more wins and take offs, both on the court and in the hangar! #CCMA #MRO #AVIATION
Nothing speaks to the variety of our work like the various versions of green and gray required by Airbus, Boeing, and Douglas parts. We have the privilege of working on them all. It's an interesting study in the different approaches taken by these aerospace giants, reflecting the varied perspectives of their scientists and engineers. This diversity serves as a reminder that there are multiple paths to problem-solving, a notion we keep in mind especially during challenging repairs.

Just wrapped up a fantastic training session with the full Boeing Charlie Works team, including representatives from Seal Beach, Dallas, Charleston, London, Shanghai, and Tokyo. It is truly an honor for CTRL Systems, Inc. to partner with such a brilliant and hardworking group, all dedicated to making aviation better. Plus, they’re a lot of fun. I was also thrilled to be joined by our friends from Fairhope Aerospace and Pacific Air Industries/Air-Cert. Collaborating with these industry leaders is always a pleasure. Excited for what’s next – the regional 757/67 WTT in Leipzig with DHL and other European Boeing operators!
