We're loud and proud advocates for food, bev, and ag. And just like us, New York Kitchen wants to give everyone a taste of New York. So when New York Kitchen wanted to expand their marketing capabilities, we jumped at the chance. Our work with them included: 🍽️ A multichannel strategy including merchandising and social media,  🍽️ A marketing roadmap,  🍽️ A sponsorship deck, and 🍽️ An updated and expanded website. Innovate, Create, Disintegrate. Art Director Director Olivia knocked it out of the park with this work for RETRN Bio! Her thoughts: “I love projects that align with my values of sustainability. Working with a company on a mission to reduce plastic and waste is a real treat. In addition to developing the visual brand, which includes themes of an infinite loop, nature, and industry - RETRN Bio entrusted us to develop their tagline. Short and simple, we distilled the essence of their process to 3 words: Innovate, Create, Disintegrate.” Awesome work Olivia!

Founder + CEO, Agency 29 | Speaker | Host, Spilled Salt Podcast | Food, Beverage and Agriculture Advocate

"Who do you seek to serve?" I came across this question this morning and it's sticking with me because it can apply to life in so many ways. In my work, I've found a lot of joy and opportunity in serving the food, beverage, and agriculture industries. Niching down into those sectors has made it easier to find our ideal client and love the work we're doing with them. That niche has also helped us get right-fit referrals coming our way organically. I wanted to share this as a little reminder that when you're starting or growing a business, the natural tendency is to want to go broad so you're sure that you have a net wide enough for lots of fish in the sea. But in reality, you only really want certain fish. Big fish, little fish, red fish, blue fish - you get the idea. Everyone is not your customer. The sooner you start talking directly to the audience you seek to serve, the more that message will resonate. Before you know it, the fish will be coming to you. ;) Agency 29

What do we mean when we say that we believe in growing strong, collaborative relationships? Collaboration is built on trust and open communication. It encourages the exchange of ideas and diverse perspectives, driving innovation and creative solutions to problems. We wouldn’t be who we are without the partnerships that fuel us creatively and we aim to keep it that way! https://lnkd.in/eENQDu72

I eagle-eyed a copy of Nancy Fuller's cookbook, Farmhouse Rules at my local library yesterday! Did y'all know Nancy is coming to the Finger Lakes next month!? Food Network's Nancy Fuller is championing a whole weekend's worth of activities including... 🍷 Farmhouse Wine Dinner at The Lake House on Canandaigua (I'll be there with Colleen Crill!), 🥃 Battle of the Bourbons (I'll be leading a discussion at this one!), 👩🍳 Junior Chef Baking Championship, and 💃 one of my absolute favorite events of the year, the New York Kitchen Garden Party. There are tons of other happenings at NY Kitchen that weekend too but if you want to meet Nancy, you've got to register for one of the events above. Hurry, space is limited! https://lnkd.in/eCVU3aJR Agency 29 Alyssa Belasco

🔊 New Episode Alert! 🎙️ Celebrating the Highs AND Lows in leadership and life, to understand what we have been able to achieve, accomplish and learn. Kevyn Rustici and Tyler White sit down with Maureen Ballatori, CEO and Founder of Agency 29. We dive into the importance of being authentic and transparent in business today both in leadership and BRANDING, and how these core values build strong customer relationships. Our employees and consumers are coming to terms that there is beauty in IMPERFECTION due to the mental, emotional, and physical wellness impact perfectionism has. Maureen shares that consumers are more interested in the story, connecting through emotions, values, trials, and tribulations. There is a very similar evolution happening in the world of work as well, which is funny because Kevyn Rustici always has said "Our customer or consumer preferences have become our employee/employer expectation." Listen here to the full episode: https://lnkd.in/gku3ZUQM Explore the power of storytelling in the food, agriculture, and beverage industries. Discover how Maureen gives voice to small farmers, sharing their hardships and passions to highlight their dedication to quality, clean, and sustainable practices. Learn about the importance of authenticity, transparency, and vulnerability in building strong customer relationships and inspiring movements that support meaningful brands for others to take ACTION.
