  • At Acts, we believe in the power of growth and the potential of our team members. We are proud to share a remarkable story that embodies our commitment to fostering career advancement within our organization. At Heron Point, Executive Director Jessica Hall, Director of Nursing Zakia Harris, and Health Services Coordinator Amber Bouchelle began their journeys with Acts as Geriatric Nursing Assistants, demonstrating dedication and compassion in their roles. Through hard work, continuous learning, and the support of our organizational culture, they have each risen to leadership positions at Heron Point, making significant contributions to our community and organization. At Acts, we are committed to providing opportunities for career growth and nurturing the potential within our team. We celebrate the success of Jessica, Zakia, and Amber and we look forward to supporting the professional journeys of all our team members.

  • A heartfelt thank you goes out to all the golfers, sponsors, and volunteers for their incredible support of the Acts PA Golf Classic. It was a beautiful sunny day on the links for a great cause—raising funds for the Acts Samaritan Fund, which assists residents who outlive their financial resources. We are proud to share that this year’s event was sold out, and donations exceeded our expectations. This achievement would not have been possible without the unwavering support of our golfers and sponsors. Thank you for making this event memorable and impactful!
