It was a pleasure to spend a day with SUNY New Paltz business and media students and recent graduates with Alaina Donnellon. Huge thanks to Richard G. for hosting us at Amazon and putting together a tremendous panel covering marketing experiences from a variety of individuals and the current attention marketplace. It set a high bar for the day. We then head over to the Involved Media USA office where we had an informal lunch & learn talking about agency career experiences and what we do at Active International and Involved Media. Thank you to the Active and Involved folks who shared their knowledge and experience with this engaged group of students. To cap off the night, we attended a SUNY New Paltz alumni networking event where we met even more graduates. There's an energized group of students that just entered the work force and would be a huge asset to any company. If you have a chance, give a hand to the next generation of folks coming up. Something as simple as responding to a LinkedIn message or talking about your career path can go a long way in helping them take their first steps out there.

Embracing diversity is crucial both in the workplace and in our everyday lives.
