I used to be in a role which required writing English for the British, US, and ROW (rest of the world) audience, and it highlighted three things: - Be very careful about your spelling. Is it "colour" or "color"? "Behaviour" or "behavior". Even if English isn't the native language for the target audience, what standardisation have they adopted? - Plain English is very useful for the non-native audience. Plain English is written without any idiomatic expressions or play-on-words. That's not because you're infantilising the reader, but instead making your content as accessible as possible. - Know the culture of the people you're writing to. There's no point in referencing alcohol, if you're targeting readers from a conservative culture.
Finally, to successfully create content for a global audience, you must analyze your content's performance across different regions and adapt accordingly. Look at which types of content are resonating in different areas and why. Use this data to refine your strategy and content offerings. Initially you may not exactly know what to write. And that's completely okay. Which is why what you should do is to write on all different topics that you are interested in. Post about one topic on one day. You can repeat the same topic about 3 or 4 days later. You will see that some topics resonate with people out there and some absolutely do not. Once you have written for a month or so or may be even less, you will get a fair idea about what you should be writing more about. The analytics can further help you to give you a clear picture of what's working and what's not. As trends change, so must your content. There is no hard and fast rule about the topics you write. Use your analytics as your guide and adapt sooner than later.

It is very easy to get demotivated here when you do not get responses as much as you would like. The key is to keep going. The content of your writing should be based on what your ultimate goal is. If you are looking for more follower count, general topics like productivity, time management, life wisdom work better. If you want to stand out as an expert in your field, you better be writing in and around specific topics. The more specific the better. For example, UX/UI design for beginners. This may not be interesting to all people but will definitely pull the right crowd.
