One thing I have found to be if importance is to keep the atmosphere of the participants live icebreakers , consider their age , socio- cultural, religions and academic or professional levels. Strategically match this to the set goals, Unit Standards and (KRAs) Key Result Areas. Class motivation induces curiosity , focussing on subject matter related topical and trending issues can anchor explanations as well .
